Leah Cofield
MA, LPC, NCC and Breathwork Facilitator
Leah is a licensed professional counselor. She obtained her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health at Liberty University. She is the recipient of the Servant Hearts Award, for her academic excellence and service to her community and advocacy. Leah is trained in Somatic modalities including breathwork. She is a competent multicultural counselor who strives at meeting people where they are at. Leah has been working with teens and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, self-harm and trauma. She provides therapy for those facing crisis and grief. Her treatment approach is holistic, and person-centered. She employs cognitive-behavioral therapy, while also incorporating mind-body proven techniques to address trauma, and stress. Leah believes in collaborating and moving at your pace, in a safe therapeutic space. While creating coping mechanisms is important she will help you discover root causes and address obstacles in a holistic manner.
